Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp. Please make sure your shipping and contact details are accurate. If there are any errors, contact us immediately so we can update your order before dispatch.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery timelines typically range between 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s schedule. You will be notified with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or exchange as per our return policy. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Note: Theres no return on Sale item

Universe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased item(s).
